• Main point of contact regarding content sourcing and versioning for the Director of Programming of each cluster within a Brand group and its supporting departments;
• Managing all content related operations for international tent pole events;
• Monitoring service performance and team output to ensure consistent quality in line with brand requirements;
• Ensuring a smooth collaboration throughout the departments;
• Actively drives the exchange of information on all matters relating to the content between the brand teams, the International Content Management Team (ICM), Third Party Vendors and the IMM and across the regional brand organizations;
• Anticipation of operational requirements and challenges and works closely with the Brand and other IMM teams to effectively support them;
• Acts as third level escalation whenever issues between Content Operations, Brand and/or other IMM or VIMN departments occur;
• Identifies and manages efficiencies within the team and advises the brand organization on operational matters;
• Identifies opportunities for innovation and initiates and/or executes projects to implement innovations within the team;
• Manages all HR processes and policies within the team;
• Actively manages resources and people to maintain a healthy work environment, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion;
• Develops and maintains individual development plans for the staff and coaches team member as required;
• Provides operational support to department projects as required by the Senior Director, Head of Media Desk.
